Brent and his team did a great job of keeping us updated and informed throughout the home buying process. They were always available by phone and email and quick to respond.
Brent and John treated me good and where very informative throughout the process. Where able to explain and assisted me through the refinance. Very quick to get back with me with my questions. My only complaint was from the length of time it took to get it done. Over 3 months. I was told due to Covid underwriting was backed up. Needs to be streamlined better. I understand we are in a pandemic but it should not take so long to get it done.
We have used Brent and John for a few transactions now. For a simple home purchase, and a few more complicated ones. Every time, they followed through, were prompt, and overall, really easy to work with. Brent will explain everything in detail so you fully understand! We won’t work with anybody else!!
