I especially appreciated the level of communication and timely updates which included an explanation of where we were in the process and what to expect next. Very professional. It was a pleasure working with Brent Verleger and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my clients.
Price accuracy on closing costs were adjusted throughout the process. An expected +/- % wise would have helped. Title fees and other areas were already signed and didn't have time to shop for these services.
