Brent Verleger and his team are the gold standard in mortgage lending. This is the 2nd time we've used him, the 1st was our initial mortgage. He reached out to us this year about a cash out refi and we're so thankful he did! We had no idea how much we could save. Now we're saving $300 a month ($100k over 30 yrs). Even though the pandemic hit a few weeks before our closing, Brent kept everything on track and we closed on time with no snags. He's the best in the best in the business IMO.
