I was originally skeptical about using a broker instead of my bank. It was much easier with Brent. He was very informative and I liked the emails I got every step of the way explaining what was going on. He answered all of my questions in ways I could not understand, even when I asked several times. It was a great experience.

Brent and Sandy did such an amazing job. Our buyers lender moved closing dates a few times and they were patient. When it finally came time to close after a last minute decision at 4:55 to close the next day they were still able to have everything ready. I know they worked in the evening to get it done and it is very much appreciated!! Highly recommend!!
