The process was very streamlined, and I appreciated the communication throughout. I was never left wondering what would happen next or if my important documents had been received.
Brent and Sandy did such an amazing job. Our buyers lender moved closing dates a few times and they were patient. When it finally came time to close after a last minute decision at 4:55 to close the next day they were still able to have everything ready. I know they worked in the evening to get it done and it is very much appreciated!! Highly recommend!!
