So friendly and so professional. And so convenient. No need for a regular doctor with restricted office hours, long lead times and no insurance! This is my second experience at Brentview. You are awesome.
The wait time was not too long. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The PA - Sara was friendly and very knowledgeable. The Medical Assistant- can’t remember his name - he was very helpful as well.
I had an excellent experience. I just came back from overseas and they took time asking questions and making sure I got the right care.
It was great a experience.
I was a walkin and was treated almost immediately after filling out paperwork. Doctor was kind and thoughtful. Took xray and they contacted me next day to confirm diagnosis. Front desk was pleasant and also thoughtful. Would definitely recommend. I need to remember to tell a friend who did not have good experience at some place in Santa Monica. NO LONG WAITS!!!
