All staff seemed more relaxed and friendly than the last time I was there. David is particularly efficient and friendly, he hens take the edge (pain, time lost, etc) off. The2doctors I saw are professional and have excitement bedside manners. The lady at the desk was also efficient and helpful, yet less cordial than everyone else.
