If I could give 6 stars, I would! I was not planning on purchasing a house but when I came across a listing I loved and received an accepted offer, Brett Borne and his team did EVERYTHING to make it happen! Brett was patient with all of my questions, explained things to me in a way that helped me understand, researched loan options available to me and secured me a GREAT rate and was there every step of the way. Brett did an excellent job closing our house quickly. Coming back to Wisconsin from out of state without local jobs was a challenge, but Brett navigated every detail to ensure an on time (actually 2 week early) closing. We signed most documents on the side of a highway, so having a trustworthy guide was priceless!
