Brett did an excellent job closing our house quickly. Coming back to Wisconsin from out of state without local jobs was a challenge, but Brett navigated every detail to ensure an on time (actually 2 week early) closing. We signed most documents on the side of a highway, so having a trustworthy guide was priceless!
