Brian provided me with great advice about my home loan and did not low ball me my loan is within my budget, he provided ideas towards the closing cost for my home purchase, and he was available to speak to within reason.

We were a bit nervous when we started looking for a house because this was our first house buying experience. Another lender (First Horizon) had my mortgage for more than a month and a half. I received very little communication from them, and when I did reach out, I was simply told, "everything looks good." A week before my closing, they called me to deny my mortgage. I was a few days away from selling my home in Georgia and moving my family to Tennessee, and it was a 30 second phone call to say they can't help me.
