There isn’t enough words to describe how amazing Brian is as a lender. Brian literally inherited a horrible situation from a previous lender and turned it around in three weeks so I could close on my new house. I ended up with a way better interest rate, lower mortgage payment, and my down payment was lower. I’m forever GRATEFUL for him and his whole team at Element.

I never got the pleasure of meeting Brian in person. But he was great. He always returned our calls or text immediately and closed escrow 1 week early and then got us the keys to our new house 2 days before we were suppose to get them. Brian IS The Man.
