Brian Idleman is my go to guy for home lending, I refer everyone to him that is looking to purchase or refi. Things come up along the process and he always has the answers. I would never dare to sacrifice the customer service I get from him for some click-button internet mortgage. These things can be stressful and Brian offers a low stress processes. I never got the pleasure of meeting Brian in person. But he was great. He always returned our calls or text immediately and closed escrow 1 week early and then got us the keys to our new house 2 days before we were suppose to get them. Brian IS The Man. Brian was amazing. He knew the system, he knew what he needed from us, as well as what the underwriters needed and wanted. He was easily reachable at all hours of the night. He worked late to get us an offer on our house even though he didn’t have to. He worked weekends when he didn’t have to. He pushed and got us what we wanted. He is amazing at what he does. I never thought I would be a homeowner. I didn't understand how much I qualified for, what was the process, how much paperwork was involved, and how much money did I need for a down payment. Thankfully, I had Kelly to support me! She told me how much I qualified for, what I needed to provide for the next steps and she also gave me updates along the way.
