Brian is very knowledgeable in real estate finance. My wife and I found him easy to contact and prompt in follow up to any issues we had regarding the process. He and his company has delivered a very good product. We are satisfied.
Kept us well informed. Responded the same day to our text and emails. Worked tirelessly to get our refi through as quickly as possible. We were very complicated due to a Chapter 11 and Brian made it easy to do. We will be coming back to him in approx 11 months to convert our loan to a conventional loan.
Brian is a great guy to work with.. goes the extra mile. Big reason reason we use his services exclusively.
