Brian was absolutely amazing in getting us pre approved in less than 24 hours. Talk about being professional and getting the job done. I’ve had several mortgage lenders in the past and never ran across efforts like this. Hands down one of the best. Broke it all down for us and made sure we understood the details. 5 stars all around

I was referred to Brian and his team through a close friend in California, even though I live in Florida. Brian was nothing short of amazing. He helped me 6 months before I even had started looking for a home to get my finances together, discuss loan options, figure out how much to save for a down payment, which debt to pay off etc... Brian came HIGHLY recommended and did not disappoint. We intended to get our loan through a big bank (nominally offered a lower interest rate) but it was clear they wouldn't be able to close on time. So we gave Brian our business. He helped us seal the deal on our new home by speaking directly with the sellers' realtor and made sure we closed on time even after an appraisal hiccup out of his control.
