Brian came HIGHLY recommended and did not disappoint. We intended to get our loan through a big bank (nominally offered a lower interest rate) but it was clear they wouldn't be able to close on time. So we gave Brian our business. He helped us seal the deal on our new home by speaking directly with the sellers' realtor and made sure we closed on time even after an appraisal hiccup out of his control.
