There was a property listed that I was very interested in buying since it was in the same complex where I had been renting. Brian handled everything with such ease and the process was very streamlined. Very clear info about what documents and paperwork that was needed for the refinance. I wanted to write this review regarding Brian Lindstrom, one of the best mortgage lenders I have ever known. We met approximately 1992 when I refinanced a building in the Logan Boulevard area. Since this was all new to me my friend recommended Mr. Lindstrom and said he was one of the best. How true those words were. Brian worked tirelessly with us to hit our very short closing date time frame. He secured an APR that beat out the major lenders and took the time to explain the process in detail to us and was always available for questions and was easy to get a hold of. He provided a level of customer service that no big name lender could ever provide.
