Brian was always available to take my phone calls when I had a concern about my loan. If he was unable to pick up he sent me a text and retuned my calls within 30 minutes. Brian is very knowledgeable about his job and spoke in a language that I understood when it came time to review my disclosures. Overall, Brian did a Truly Superior job handling my loan from start to finish and I will be referring business to him when the opportunity presents itself.
