I wasn't aware of all the money I was paying to buy down points. My rate was 2.25 when I tried in February, 2.75 when I initiated in August. My rate was extended, somehow after reviewing the paperwork I had signed with the notary I noticed it was over a 4.10% and was paying a arm and leg to buy down to what I was quoted initially. I thought this was very deceiving and felt taken advantage of. I have very good credit, no missed payments in over 20 years. This is not the rate over 700 score gets. The first person that I spoke to was not knowledgeable and outright gave me bad information. Brian called in an effort to save the business and did, but the communication throughout the process was poor. Took 5 months to close this deal......you tell me?

Mr. Rice, was the only reason that I continued to stay and worked with your organization. In saying that, you look back on when we started this process. You cost me $950. dollars in Certified Accountant Fees because of in competency of your personal; which your organs soon terminated, because of her handling my “Loan Request.” You have on your recorded line, statements of Rewards that bestowed on your company.. What a Joke!!!!!
