You sent me a Notary who had no idea what she was doing, 5 days later she came back and said that she had made a mistake and that I had to sign the papers again, this was no fault of the veteran but you have made the veteran suffer, Mrs Gomez has no respect for a veteran and she doesn't return phone calls, she is part of the problem as well. This is the worst closing that I have ever been part of and I have had 12 house before this one. Vietnam veteran Bobby Whitney

still waiting on the $250.00 we put up front. the amount of the return on our impound acocount was less than we thought. over all we were NOT happy with the time it took and over all handling of the process.

The process took far too long. This was no fault of Renee or Brian. We started the process in May and didn't close until November. In contrast we did another refi on another property that took less than 45 days.

Brian and Leonella were great they kept me well informed, up yo date and addressed all of my inquires promptly. However, the three previous people I had to deal with from your organization I cannot say that about. They dropped the ball on the process, never returned calls or responded to emails and at times provided contradicting information to the point of even lying to me. I was greatly disappointed with them and wonder why they are in a position where they have to deal with customers at all.

This is the most unbelievable waste of time I’ve ever encountered. I will do my best to expose this fiasco to any and everyone I come in contact with. Incredibly unprofessional and un-ethical. Your lack of communication not only with myself but within your company is incredible. No one knows what the other one is doing. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
