Brian was great with explaining and clarifying all our questions. However, we always had to correct mistakes in documents and would always play phone tag. The process and requested materials are overwhelming. I do understand that you need material to support the decision that we can afford to pay and will pay the mortgage on time. I believe that Lilly and I are the most reliable clients that any mortgage company love to find. Some questions and documents requested are really non-sense. Like our divorce documents, which both of us divorced more than ten years.
