Incredibly helpful and always available to answer any of my questions.
Brian was great with explaining and clarifying all our questions. However, we always had to correct mistakes in documents and would always play phone tag. When it came to the day of our closing, Alamo Title Company didn’t receive the documents until almost two hours after our scheduled appointment time.

The process and requested materials are overwhelming. I do understand that you need material to support the decision that we can afford to pay and will pay the mortgage on time. I believe that Lilly and I are the most reliable clients that any mortgage company love to find. Some questions and documents requested are really non-sense. Like our divorce documents, which both of us divorced more than ten years.

Our building process with KB was extremely frustrating, however, we had exactly the opposite experience with the mortgage loan process. Brian and his team were prompt and personable. They remained consistent and available throughout the 13 month construction of our home. I cannot thank Brian and his team enough for their professionalism and their ability to get us through this process with ease.
