Brian was very thorough from day one. This was a long process and he made sure to contact me periodically just checking in and letting me know what we were waiting on and what was needed. He answered all my questions and even if it was out of his scope he would point me in the right direction or put me in contact with someone who knew the answer. Brian was the most pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend him to friends/family and I would not say that for others involved in this process.
