Brian helped me with my original home loan and reached out again for my refinance. With it I am saving a decent chunk every month, was able to get rid of my mortgage insurance and received back some fees that nearly paid for the appraisal that couldn't be waved. Refi loan went smoothly. I worked as a loan officer and processor years ago. I have to say it helps when you the process and how it works. Cody kept in touch from beginning to end. If we had questions he was there. Even after the loan he checked in with us. Processing was done quickly. We did our closing at the comfort of our home. If I decided to purchase another home and I would highly recommend them.
