We had a refinance, with On Q. Working with Brian was great, he was a great communicator and On Q Financial was a lot more pleasant than other lenders we have recently worked with when purchasing our townhouse and later our primary home last year. Although the process was slower than we had hoped, it was thorough, stress free, and without mistakes.
