They are accommodating and let us change rooms. They could use more help though. She would call and no one would come. It appears to be pretty clean.
The staff are nice and helpful. If anything was needed they took care of it. We had good meetings, and they kept in touch. My loved one got OT and PT. They did what they could. I'm not sure if they kept on top with food he was eating or on top of bathroom as much as needed. I have nothing negative to say. The consistency between multiple nurses and doctors was lacking.
They are very receptive. You can ask questions and they will find the answer.
They have had really good communication, the social worker and physical therapy especially. My loved one says the food is pretty good.
It is good. I like the head nurse. The nurses have been very helpful and they provide everything she asks for. They answer my questions. The meals are good. It looks pretty clean.
My loved one enjoys the activities, especially the music. This helps her because she is a musician. She is well taken care of by the nurses. They are wonderful on the phone. The charge nurse on her floor has also been amazing. The case manager is a big help! They have a well-balanced lunch too.
The place is really immaculate and super clean. She likes the staff but no one steps in to ask how are you doing. They have hospital food.
I think they are very responsive. The staff are helpful with our questions. Rehab is going well. Communication is very good.
The nurses do well with him. They took very good care of him while he was here.
