Brideau Oil is very professional. Showed up on time and did exactly what they came to do. I had a problem a couple days later. (on a Sunday) Made a call and 1 hour later they were there to fix it. Service call and Cleaning.

I am a Brideau (small family business) customer. I called on a cold Sunday, within 30 minutes Steve the repairman called me back. I explained my problem, he patiently explained the weekend rates and was here within 90 minutes, as he had another call before me. One hour later, heat. He cleaned up after himself, left his number just in case, wrote up his invoice, left me a copy, and then left for another call. It is reassuring to know that Brideau oil is there. Brideau is really great to deal with. They backed me up in a big way on a particular occasion at a cost that was not insignificant. They have earned my business and loyalty. Their oil delivery is seamless and I have never been below a quarter of a tank. Their boiler maintenance service is very professional. Great company!
I have used Brideau Energy for 15 years and two homes. I purchase their Gold Service Contract every year and am grateful for the peace of mind. The cost includes an annual burner cleaning, which we always take advantage of, and it makes most repairs and parts free to us. We had an incident in late falla few years ago where the heat stopped working in the early morning. A Brideau repairman was at our home within hours and quickly got us up and running again. I have been a customer for just over 3 years now since we purchased our new home. We were referred to Brideau by a friend. The service has been great. We called because our hot water wasn't working.
