I am very happy with the experience I have had with Brideau Energy thus far. We went from having gas, to oil, and we are very happy that we chose them as our supplier. Our usual delivery man, Michael Leger, always arrives with a smile. He is happy and friendly and it’s always nice to have excellent service provided by their staff. I generally would not take the time to post a "bad" review, but I was so unhappy with this company I wanted to let others know. We started using Brideau after they purchased a small company that we had great service from for years. Brideau started off fine, but the service level declined each season. Most recently they came to conduct our normal annual tune up and ended up causing some sort of awful chemical smell that left the house nearly unlivable for a few days (this started immediately after the service and had not been... read more
Not happy with our experience with Brideau. Our tenants had them come fill up their oil tank, the driver told them they needed a prime (they didn't), then charged them $50 for it. He spent 15 minutes inside and less than an hour after he left the unit stopped working (mind you, it had been running fine for weeks and had been serviced & updated this past spring after winter use). Brideau energy removed my old oil boiler/oil tank and installed propane combi boiler for my house. They offered reasonable and competitive price. Their team was flexible with scheduling and completed the project as they promised. Their plumber and propane installer were very nice and willing to answer questions. The plumber came out a solution to avoid no hot water supply during the installation. I’m happy with their service and their propane price as well. I would definitely recommend Brideau Energy!
It is horrible customer service and they are fraud. I was getting oil from there and get complimentary furnace cleaning from there, after cleaning my furnace started leaking 1-2 days later. I have called them and they sent another person to fix the issue. When I asked technician what was the issue he said other technician broke the pipe or something so he fixed the pipe and left.
