If I could leave no stars I would. From the start it was an awful experience sexual harassment from sales man. Brought it to the owners /managements attention and I got sorry about that yep he was a sleezy guy "nothing but red carpet treatment from now on" is the exact words I was told from management. Recommended**Update 5/31/2023 Truck is still in the shop, service department has failed to keep me informed on the status of my truck unless I call repeatedly or contact Jim himself. Seems that bridgeland is fast to take your vehicle and get you into a clunker. Then take their time getting it fixed for the second time... I went there to buy a 2017 ford edge, there lies started as soon as I walked in the door. They lied about the carfax, they told me the law requires they offer me the extended warranty, which they left me sitting there for an hour waiting for the guy that sells the warranties. When I finally pulled the carfax myself the car had been sold 3 times in 14 months and the engine was just replaced. And when I brought this to the salesmans attention he told me I was being a “dick” caveat emptor
So far not so good. We will see if they hold up to there words. Will update if they do.

So this is how Tom Burk at Bridgeland Auto treats people. Very rude and unprofessional. I definitely don’t recommend going here. My fiancé, probably the world’s nicest person, and I were looking for an SUV that fit all three kids. We ended up going to Drivers Village and found the perfect vehicle for our family. My fiancé was courteous enough to politely inform Tom that we had better luck elsewhere with her trade-in vehicle. It’s funny, because when we met Tom on Monday, my instincts told me I didn’t like him.
UPDATE: They corrected most of the issues, but the truck still stinks of cigarette smoke and they haven’t received a second key. They’re dealing with the smoke themselves and once the second key is received this post will disappear. My friend just left there after my recommending this business and his experience was nothing shy of HORRIBLE Truck he purchased is FILTHY. I am not gonna leave a comment at this time till I see if what has been done is corrected but worst experience ever for my family member!
In the beginning the gentleman was very helpful while searching for a vehicle for us. However when asked if we would raise our price I told them I would want more information on the vehicle before agreeing to a higher price. I was not going to blindly increase the amount I'm spending. Was told they would get more information for me and never heard from them again. Ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.
