Pick up vehicle. Drive it home and the went. Called next day and got run around by salesman.
Refused to give me a physical copy of the extended warranty I purchased. Never provided touch up paint after purchase for a scratch on the car although promised and written on a "we owe". I came in with a pre-approval and they refused to go through that bank.
got me the truck I wanted. love the truck. too bad they sold me a broken vehicle and then gave me the run around when I needed it fixed
The friendly and ultra helpful staff that you have at this location. Samir didn’t wast my time. Got me exactly what I wanted at a rate that I can handle. Great experience Edit: poor post sale customer service, they just didn't care after I bought the car, took forever to fix pre-existing issues and I had to return more than once to have faulty work corrected. Too bad because the experience started out so well.
The sales team was great. Its the "after sales" needs that could use some fine tuning. I've been waiting a year for the under carriage treatment i paid for. I told the garage something weird was happening, they cleaned my breaks and charged me, it was the diffetential. Guess they didnt test drive it. No loaner car for a week. I started going back to my own garage and he will team up with them for warranty coverage.
The worst we have experienced!! They don’t stand behind their word and their customer service is awful!! Don’t ever call back when they say or follow thru. Make us an appointment for a fix that will be “quick and easy so you don’t need a loaner “. And are still sitting there 3 1/2 hours later!!!
do not by a car from them. we have had nothing but problems since we pulled out of the lot with our truck 2 weeks ago. we had to send the truck back to be detailed because the under carriage was caked with clay, tire sensor light went on 5 miles away. washed the truck and paint came off. battery died a week later.

The day you took delivery of your truck you contacted our dealership and we immediately formed a plan for correction and scheduled for next day a bodyshop to repair the minor fender repair. Brought my car back four times the first three times they said it was fixed, the fourth time I was told to bring it to Nissan. What a joke!!!
