Long story short we bought a Tesla that had some issues and should have been totaled out before Bridgeland Auto Brokers sold us the car. Not only was sold one piece of junk but two!! First was a 2018 Pacifica. Problem from the day I left with it. Was in the shop more than I actually had it, and on the rare occasion I did I would breakdown not once, but twice with my kids in the car. GM bought the van back at full value I paid. I had a wonderful experience here… I had a very short window in finding a car and also some credit issues. Kevin helped me find a car and the team worked diligently in finding me an affordable payment and rate based on my limitations. I was presented with options. He also advised me on action steps to ensure I get the rate and payment I really want. As for my car, I liked that he also explained why I would nit want a particular car.
