Long story short we bought a Tesla that had some issues and should have been totaled out before Bridgeland Auto Brokers sold us the car. After finding this out they did everything in their power and beyond to make it right. unfortunately this process took a very long time and our patience’s was tested as it was a very hard thing to pay for a vehicle for over 5 months that was not in our driveway, but it all worked out with them getting us a replacement. Dan M. Was amazing. We have had some credit issues lately, so we didn't have a down payment. He not only spent some time getting us an approval, but he also worked really hard on getting us into the vehicle we wanted. He worked one on one with us and didn't pass us off on a finance guy. Great experience. 10/10 recommend!
Kevin is always amazing, above and beyond expectations. I am so excited for our new terrain, I couldn't have found a better fit. Crazy low mileage, and a payment that was well within our budget. It's why come back time after time. It's great to see a familiar face time and time again.
