Renting your property can be frustrating, especially when you don't want to do so. Pompilio Alfaro has been making the work much easier by acting as my firewall. He takes care of things autonomously and comes up with great plans to manage sensitive situations. His military accumen is applied well to property management. Ask for Pompi!

Phenomenal company that worked with me while I was in San Diego where I was stationed while I was active duty. Rented a newly built home for me in San Antonio until I was able to move into it over a year later. A great team that looked out for me and my home until my family and I was able to get to San Antonio. Thank you Jason and Bryan Shipman for the great work you've done!

They have been a great help to me, especially Erika Olazabal who took over our account when we had pretty difficult tenants and she managed the property and all the needs with great professionalism and kept us in the loop of the process and anything that would come up. They have lots of years of experience and know what they're doing. When the AC went out in August and the Homeowner's Home Warranty wasn't going to be able to fix it for days, Bridgeman went above and beyond to install window units to get us by until the system could be repaired. I am so grateful for the amazing service.
