It was fine but after we got home with the car, the engine light went on steadily so we took it back in and another part had gone out so we were able to drive it back to the dealership. It is an older Subaru so no surprise parts are going out but we can't afford a new one so we are going to fix it.

It was just a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Moreover, it was the first one, and the car just had a little over 4,000 miles on it. Nonetheless, the service was quick, the vehicle was kept clean, and the personnel were all friendly and courteous. It was definitely a positive experience.

This is the 9th vehicle we have purchased from Briggs in 27 years. We have always been treated with respect and the staff are very knowledgeable. Even after the purchase, they follow-up to assure we have everything we need and are happy with the purchase. The 2024 Hyundai Tucson we recently purchased is lovely and all the neighbors are asking about it. Every time we go out, my husband comments on how great a ride it is. These are just some of the reasons we continue to return to Briggs.

Briggs went above and beyond in diagnosing the problem. They let us know areas that might pose a problem in the future and, if so, the approximate cost for those. We thought we needed a new power steering pump, but they said it looked like all it needed was a new belt. A big score with us. Their courtesy car driver is a hoot. We had a lot of fun visiting with her. Keep up the good work, Briggs and thank you!
