Tyler and Jordan are always so kind and helpful when I go in to get something done. Last time when my tire went flat Tyler explained in a way I understood what needed to be done and why as well as what the cost would be. I feel I can always trust that young man and I'm glad he's there to help me! The washed car is also always an unexpected and glorious surprise!

I had a safety code notice to call a repairman. I took in the vehicle to find a sensor eaten by a rat. Briggs had to order the part, gave me a similar loner car to drive home an hour away and in 3 days the problem was repaired and I drove my car home. They were very thorough and explained everything to me. Great job!
