We had some communication issues with other representatives causing us to waist gas, and driving time from another town. I was told the vehicle was sold. I asked, and they told me it was sold. The person I was needing to talk with and had an appointment with was working with another customer, so another rep was telling me it was gone, and I asked if it was sold, and he told me yes. Overall it don't seem like they have their act together. Car was advertised as a manual, it ended up being automatic. Never got the 1000 off for financing with them. In fact I was charged 1000 more than the advertised price! 1 week after I purchased the vehicle I was still waiting to hear from the financing company then find out they forgot to have me sign 3 papers...
