I like that Briggs called and reminded me it was time to schedule service--one less thing for me to keep track of. Appointment time was made that fit my schedule. Young man from service department explained to me what needed to be done before my vehicle was taken back. When my vehicle was ready he told me what had been done, what needed to be done the next time and even walked me to my car. Job well done!

Overall it was a good experience. I didn't really care for all the upselling they tried to do, but I know that's what they are supposed to do. It's a small dealership, but they did a good job. I'd go back again if I were in town and needed some service work done.

Quick and easy scheduling, prompt and friendly service. Would have been 5-star except an alignment wasn't able to be performed because of an equipment problem. I've always been pleased with your service department and am sure my next appointment will be my normal 5-star experience.
