Frank Clinton and Steven Cruz took care of me. Honestly, the vehicle I came there to see was not on the lot as I was told on the phone it was. At this point, I was done & ready to go. Frank wanted to make it right and it turned out he was true to his word. I ended up leaving with a vehicle that was 1 year newer, 20K miles less and a better package for essentially the same price. Also, I came to them with outside financing. It was no issue and easy to complete the deal.

The overall experience was great. Our appointment time hadn't been logged correctly and the sales manager set us up with a salesman quickly. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. They weren't pushy and answered all our questions. We used their financing and that was also a good experience. It was quick and easy and they were able to finance our vehicle purchase on a longer note than we could get from the bank my wife works for, which means a smaller monthly payment for us.
