1. when a patient is in such pain they come to the office for a simple five minute adjustment but are forced to accept an addictive narcotic that is unethical. more effort went into getting authorization to write a script for the DRUG, then making the adjustment 2. Quoted me an out of pocket price for a deep cleaning, not once but twice, like 2 weeks before the procedure and then charged me more after it was done without a word to me in advance. Very rude and disrespectful girl behind the counter who first lied and said the dental hygienist himself told me and then was like “oh well” and walked away. My insurance has not changed at all in that timeframe. Would not recommend them to anybody. I went in for an evaluation to be told there’s a chance I may need a root canal but likely would be good with just crowns, so I had the work started. Left with temporaries and in unbelievable pain, so I called them back and they insisted it was normal and I did not need a root canal. After 3 days of continuous pain, I asked them to take another look, then when told I do need a root canal, they tell me they don’t even do them on the teeth they worked on, and after paying $1500 they now ref... read more

My son has been coming here for two years , they did his braces. Today he had them taken off by a professional in Sarasota. Where do I start? They are only there two Mondays out of the month , you can’t even get a simple appointment without having to wait two months. My sons brackets came off and we have not been able to get in to see anyone !! My son told me he would never walk in that Ghetto office again and he meant it. Please beware before you sign up for braces, they won’t be maintained.

my girl friend went in today to get a tooth pulled and had to get some of the root cut out. they sent her home with no pain meds so as the numbing wor off now the pain intensity was elevated. she call the after hours number and we waited for the dentist to call back. she called . and told her that they don't call in pain meds. so I called the pharmacy and asked if this is normal practice that a dentist can't call in pain meds. he said no they are allowed and was very unusual the didn't give her anything. this I believe f... read more

I have a condition where I have bone spurs in my gum line and the roof of my mouth has a large inverted palate. When X-ray were taken I was asked to bite down on metal plates doing so was causing the metal plates to be embedded into these areas. The process took me biting down several times. I told the staff that was taking the X-rays. She just keep rushing and said I know but I need to get the X-ray.
