My experience was horrible. I would not recommend going here to my friends or family. I found questionable codes on my estimate and invoice. I contact another dentist office for clarification they let me know 0000 isn’t real it’s just made up ($450). They request me to move my appointment from 1 pm in the afternoon to 3pm. I agree to the change. They reach out to me that day to see if I can come in at 2:30pm they have an earlier opening. I get the voicemail at 2pm. I walk in with my son and im carrying him. The receptionist is on the phone and signs to wait a moment. I'm thinking ok she is on the phone with a client. NO! She was having a personal conversation! She sat there kept talking and going on catching up with whoever while im still standing there holding my son in pain! The other receptionist, running around working is the one who actually comes up to me to tell me they dont treat 2 year olds. The first time they told my fiance that he had no dental insurance, which he does and they accept it but they mistyped his info so they said he had none. Today was our second time there, after calling to confirm that they would accept his insurance this time, we made an appointment for 1 o'clock. We sat there for an hour and a half waiting while 3 people that came in after us and 1 walk in were taken before him!
