I have lived here for 8 years and have seen a lot of staff changes some bad some good. There is still issues with the smoking but I have given up and just close my doors and windows even though it makes me mad. The maintenance staff are the best I feel we have ever had. Leah is awesome. So friendly and helpful. The buildings are always clean. She is constantly picking up stuff outside to make it clean as well. I am a disabled senior and she is always there to open and hold the doors and give me a hand.
This is an amazing building to call home! Always clean and very well maintained. Friendly staff. Alway lovely to see Ms. /Mrs. Lea with a welcoming smiling face. The living room and laundry space is spacious but the rooms are tight. I would give 5 stars if the rent was a bit lower, if parking was included and if there was an additional bathroom for a 2-Bedroom apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.
The atmosphere in this residential neighborhood is incredibly peaceful and welcoming. It truly feels like a place you can call home, very homey vibe. The building itself is impeccably maintained and always kept clean, creating a pleasant living environment. Plus, the location was conveniently close to various establishments.
