Interoffice communication needs to be improved so repetitious requests for the same documents do not occur. Respect for time needs improvement in order to reduce last minute requests. Better attention to detail and organization need to be made in order to reduce errors in particular with respect to the title of the property, for example, title information was given in advance and was not submitted correctly on the day of closing which created additional burden. Better customer care is needed.
