This is the short version because I reached my max typing limit quickly with the issues. - was told it would cost about 200, put down 450 they asked for an additional 1700 with no explanation (until I asked) or empathy - There was an option to put down 560 at closing and drop my house payment very close to the original estimate, was not given the option until multiple emails. - my last email wasn't returned for 2 days and had to call the day before to find out what time my closing was

The update spreadsheet that I received wasn't accurate each time or wasn't filled out completely. I think it could be worded better to truly reflect where the loan status was at.

This was our third time purchasing a property and we just felt like communication was not as good as our previous experiences because the tasks and required documents were split between several team members who did not seem to be communicating with each other. We had to send several documents twice and never had a clear idea of what we were missing. So overall everything went ok but it felt much more hectic than our previous experiences.
