The employees at Bri'Zan Couture were wonderful. I wasn't sure what I wanted for a wedding dress, but the consultant apparently knew. The 4th dress I tried on was my dress, and I couldn't have been happier with it. It was gorgeous. The dress came in about 6 weeks early, and even after alterations, I had the dress in my hand almost a month before my wedding. They listened, were attentive, and made the wedding dress experience wonderful and memorable.

First and foremost I reached out via email with the following concerns and never received a response back, so I decided to post on my concerns on social media for all to see . My recent visit to Bri’Zan Couture, despite my initial excitement, was marred by several disappointments. I had chosen this shop due to the Disney Fairy Tale collection, even though it meant a 2.5-hour drive from my home. I purchased my dress from Bri’Zan Couture in the beginning of March for my June 11 wedding. I was told that it would be no problem to order a brand new dress (in leu of off the rack), which I paid a large fee to have rushed mind you, with there still being more than enough time to complete alterations. Initially I was so pleased with my experience at Bri'Zan Couture. When shopping for my wedding gown, the staff was super helpful in finding the perfect dress and were very friendly. The dress was gorgeous! Alterations were a different story. My first fitting was 3 months prior to the wedding. The seamstress was not friendly at all, and at one point stabbed me with one of the pins. I told her that the pin was cutting into me, so she adjusted it. I don’t even want to post this and continue the drama but I also don’t want other brides to have issues. I did not have a good experience with Bri’zan Couture. I came for my first fitting and everything started out fine. Toward the end, I wanted to talk about an addition I wanted but realized that the extra fabric I bought wasn’t in the garment bag. The straps to my dress and belt I purchased were with that fabric and also not there. I thought “weird, but maybe I somehow left it at home or it fell somewhere”. I searched lite... read more

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and I did find my dress here. However, as I was moments away from purchasing their lack of transparency of an extra $250 fee for a plus-size dress took me by surprise. No surprise after I walked out to make a phone call they were magically able to waive the fee. Thanks, but no. Also, you aren't allowed to take photos of yourself in dresses. First salon where this was an issue?

My Mother of the Bride dress search started and ended at Bri’Zan Couture. I knew I wanted to work with Sue! Haven worked with her previously for my daughters prom dresses several years ago, I enjoyed our experience then and was hopeful of finding the perfect MOB dress there. I visited several other Bridal shops and was so excited that she had several for my to decide between. I can’t wait for it to arrive and work with them for final touches with alterations. Custom detailing was offered, so excited !!

The best thing I did in 2019 was marry my husband. The next best thing I did was NOT buy my wedding dress from this store. All I have to say is that they nice when you are buying something, and then after you own the dress it gets less than ideal. We had issues with sizing, picking up items, rude comments made by workers, and ESPECIALLY alterations. In addition, when I was browsing through their dresses, I was not impressed with the selection. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
