My mom and I were less than impressed with this store. Thankfully I did not buy my gown here, but I did get my veil here and my mom got her “mother of the bride” dress. Initially, they are nice when they are trying to get you to buy something, but after we had made our purchases things turned less than ideal. First off, I got extremely lucky with the selection at Bri’zan – I absolutely loved my wedding dress, and had a hard time finding anything similar in other places nearby. Unfortunately, that was really the only good thing that came out of my experience. First off, you’re not allowed to take pictures while trying dresses on. This place starts out great. You think "oh Sue is so nice! The are so helpful!" Don't fall for it. Every. Alteration. They. Did. FELL APART WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF MY PUTTING ON MY DRESS. They charged me twice for the alterations. Originally $975, then charged me another $800 to FIX THEIR MISTAKES BC THEY DID NOT DO WHAT I ASKED THE FIRST TIME. The seamstress was TERRIBLE. I went to look for a wedding dress at Bri'Zan. After trying on dresses, I was informed that all the dresses I tried on were all $7500+. This was more than double what I said I was looking to spend on the dress prior to being shown any dresses ($2000-3000). This was unprofessional and a waste of time. UPDATE - I found the same dresses she quotes as $7500 and as "Sue's own design" at Kleinfeld's for $1500-3000. I am flabbergasted at the store owner Sue for being so unprofessional. This store deserves no stars.

Very dissatisfied with $1000.00 dress I purchased for mother of the groom dress...horrible alterations, when I picked up bustle was completely hooked incorrectly to lace overlay...dress had Hugh rip in back of dress that I pointed out to saleslady...ended up spending 250.00 for horrible fitting...3weeks before wedding...ended taking it to professional alterations store that had to completely redo bustle and repair holes in back if gown!!!

I had the absolute worst experience of my life with this vendor!! If I could give them zero stars I would! I purchased my wedding dress at this store because I saw a dress I liked on display at a bridal show. They up sold me on a $400 belt to go with the dress. Later when my dress came in I find out my dress comes with a belt that the designer created! When I go to return the belt of course they don't take returns on accessories. Small dress selection, rude employees (Sue the manager is nice), over priced, they lie about the cost of alterations (expect to pay $600-$800 plus when they tell you $400), alteration woman is beyond rude, know it all, and will fight you if you point out her mistakes. Over all worst experience of my life. Left this boutique crying on multiple occasions!! STAY AWAY!!!

Went here to look for a wedding dress and had a great experience up until they hit us with the alternation bill. I would give Sue, the consultant a 5/5 stars as she was great and extremely helpful in picking out my dress. However, DO NOT get alternations done here!! They go through "a separate company" but will not disclose any information regarding pricing until everything is complete.
