Verified Renter Brizo has definitely made moving in simpler than I thought it would. Apartment is in great conditions, like new I would say. Staff is great, Chelsea was simply amazing with all the moving process, answering emails late night with the questions we had. We had to get a couple things done within the first week like changing a light bulb and draining the hot water tank and Joe from maintenance was also great. Very happy overall so far with the apartments and community.

I love the apartment, the grounds, the entertainment center, the exercise room and especially the office staff. My experience with the maintenance crew, Joey and Tyler, were excellent. They were very pleasant, prompt and polite fixing the garbage disposal and replacing a light bulb :-)
