Great location and great salesman
I rented a unit from another West Coast Self Storage locations and it ended up not working for me, so I called them and they connected me with a manager who could process a transfer for me to their Broadmoor location and they took care of the whole transfer process. Their customer service is fantastic as well, very helpful!
Broadmoor Storage Solutions sets the standard for safe and secure storage. Top notch facilities and staff. I’ve used them various times over the years for various storage needs and they never disappoint. Seriously, this place cannot be beat. Clean, well maintained and no evidence whatsoever of pests or rodents.
The team at Broadmoor Storage (Jon & Nate) is exceptional. They provided me with several options for my consideration to get all of my stuff stored and sorted as I transition from what is to what’s next. Keep it up guys and thank you.
I did not have any problems with switching from 1 unit to another the staff was helpful with showing of unit and explaining. The staff is always upbeat and cordial when they are helping you out it’s a pleasure to do business with the staff.
