The front desk manager Blanca Deloza is incredibly rude and lacks basic kindness. She spends her entire shift staring out the window like a hawk, waiting to tow people's cars. It feels like she is so miserable in her own life that she wants to ruin everyone else's day. By constantly towing cars, she isn't doing her job; she is weaponizing her position to hurt innocent people.
