Broc was with me every step of the way. He didn’t make me feel like I was an inconvenience or something he had to do. He never rushed through a conversation or explanation. Your company should seriously think about having him train your employees in customer service, and you should probably give him a big raise because he could easily start his own company doing just that. If I owned a company I would pay him whatever he wanted to train my employees to be as good as he is.
