Exellent broker , Real nice person
Brock went above and beyond and for us. He worked outside of normal hours and talked with us on nights weekends, which was incredibly important during this unusually tight market. He explained the process and let us know what to expect. There was one issue that came up that caught him by surprise, and it was quite upsetting to us how it was handled initially. Brock spoke with us about it, apologized, and took full responsibility. Even though our realtor also was involved, he didn’t do the same.
My experience was very good. Only thing I did not care for was that the name of a buyer also has to be on the note. This was a little bit of a hazzle.
This was my first home purchase and Brock answered all of my questions and helped calm my fears and anxieties. I would do it a million more times as long as we get to work with Brock!
Brock was great to work with. No pressure sales. Answered my questions and provided the numbers that I needed to make a decision. His correspondence was always timely. Positive experience. If I need a loan in the future, Brock will be the first person I call.

Brock, was awesome to deal with. We have a difficult schedule and he was always accommodating and available at all hours of the day. He made us feel like we were top priority to him and listened our needs without upselling. We had a lot of questions that he always had answers. Updated us almost daily. Great Guy!
