I had a tooth that needed "buffed" (for want of a better word) while recovering from a (very recently done) knee replacement. Everything possible was done to accommodate my precarious condition, fix my tooth, & get me in & out of the office in a timely manner. All this while Dr. Thaney was recovering himself from a respiratory illness. I do appreciate the kindness,
I went today for my 6 month cleaning and a few x-rays. I didn't have to wait long but if I did, they have the newspaper and a nice selection of magazines! My hygienist, Jean, is very friendly, we talk a bit first then she cleans. She's gentle and always asks if I'm doing OK. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
appointment for some repair Dr Bowler excellent as usual. Explained everything clearly. Completed in timely manner. Other staff friendly and very helpful
Convenient, professional, state of the art. Excellent care and newer computerized records and x-rays made my visit quick and (almost) painless. The new computerized x-rays are awesome. Immediate pictures right on the computer in the office. Gentle and friendly hygienists.
I would like to say that my experience today was just fine as usual UNTIL it was time to leave. To my surprise I was expected to pay my bill even though I have insurance. In the past I sent the check to you as soon as I received it from my insurance company. I have never been delinquent. It was explained to me that from now on I would have to pay up front and get reimbursed from my insurance company. I was told that many people do not pay their bills.
