This is our third major Loan with Bromi. We obviously are voting strongly with our loyalty. Bromi was spectacular in this last refinance. There were some factors well out of our control which made this a very difficult loan. Bromi handled delicate situations with ease and had professional demeanor even when all other parties did not. Bromi has a depth of understanding of the logistical aspects of lending that we find comforting and invaluable.
