Bromi is THE MAN!!! We were in escrow on a home and had been working with another broker/bank; we had released our loan contingencies based on assurances from our loan broker that the loan was a "done deal"... only to hear back at the last minute that the final conditions included completely unreasonable demands... including paying off cars and an additional 70K down payment... so much for a "done deal". We just have to say he is the best! We have our dream house now because of his hard work! sometimes, getting the home loan is really stressful especially English is my second language! but he was very professional and explained us about the loan very clearly.
