I would never recommend Bronco Motors despite the fact that my mom has only purchased cars from this company and if I could give a zero I would. I went there because I had a friend who started working there and his manager bulldozed me into a truck that was a very good looking truck but not what I wanted. They way underpaid me for my trade in and instead of steering me into a vehicle I could afford or tell me I couldn’t afford what I wanted they leased me a truck at a rate that was affordable. Pushy salespeople, high prices, unwilling to deal,... I went out of town and saved over $6000 from the quote Bronco gave me. They claimed the difference was "destination charges". Bottom line they think they cornered the market in the Boise/Nampa area and don't have to be competitive. My advice is shop around.
Sales lady in service department is really good at making you feel stupid! Called to enquire about a diagnostic test done, she said it would take 1-2 hours and $110+ depending on results. I said i only needed the numbers, she got rude and disrespectful talking to me like i was the stupidest person ever.
Ok just a quick rant... WARNING do not buy a truck from any BRONCO MOTORS in Idaho. This outfit is a huge waste of time. Spent about 5 hours total on something that should have taken 15 minutes between yesterday and today. The problem was BRONCO MOTORS is an unorganized mess with little to no communication within their company. Or perhaps it's just business as usual for them, Jacking people around, wasting peoples time and absolutely not listening to your customers. Very dissapointed with my experience at Bronco Motors Nissan. Bought my truck with the 3 year 30,000 bumper to bumper warranty. Took my truck in due to the rust issue with my bumper and was told by the dealership that the bumper to bumper warranty only covers rust if it rusts all the way through. Really this is normal on a 2 year old truck. Lost my business.
